Included are hot or cold cereals, fresh juices and fruit platters, home-baked breads and pastries, a variety of teas and freshly ground coffee. A hot entree, which changes daily is also served, and may include crepes Benedict, "Greg's Eggs," quiches, German oven pancakes, Grand Marnier French toast, to name but a few.
